You have nothing to apologize for. I know sharing this kind of thing can be very difficult. I was at a similar point too a few years back, and being open about it is one of the hardest things. I hope there are people in your life you feel you can talk to earnestly, but if not I promise those people exist out there. Nonetheless things do get better; but it’s definitely a journey getting there. That journey is worth it though, it really is. I hope things manage to get better sooner than later. I’m rooting for ya. 🤎
